For decades, the World Economic Forum (WEF) and its chairman Klaus Schwab have been working successfully to reshape the economic, political, and social order. The goal is to expand the power and influence of a global economic elite in order to govern effectively bypassing parliaments and governments. As a result, many experts fear that this disruptive redesign, known as the Great Reset, will ultimately eliminate democratic structures. While Klaus Schwab repeatedly emphasizes that he wants to create a better ecological world for everyone, is that really his goal? Miryam Muhm uncovers what is actually behind the WEF's plans, namely to create a new form of neoliberal capitalism in which companies exert total control over citizens, whether through technology, the infiltration of Young Global Leaders from the WEF into ministries, training influential representatives from universities and media, or funding key think tanks. The WEF's influence is already well advanced, but it is not too late to escape the tentacles of the octopus from Davos.
