This volume from the series 'Die kleine Aufsatz-Schule' is divided into an exercise section with worksheets for describing people and describing facts. You will find worksheets with fixed solutions for all exercises in the appendix. In addition, the folder contains worksheets for style training and clear reminders on which the children can make quick notes if necessary. There is also an ideas box. It is full of suggestions for creative games and unusual impulses with which you can approach the supposedly dry topic of personal and factual descriptions in a completely different way - for example for free work. To implement some of the content from the ideas box, the children will need decorative leaves. A few particularly nice ones are included in the folder as copy templates.

In the exercise section, the children work on the basics of describing people and facts using pictures, blank texts, key words, search islands and more. Step by step, they create two personal and two factual descriptions.

In the style training, they learn to form varied sentences and to use precise verbs and adjectives. In addition to the reminders for describing people and facts, there are ten playful and creative activities in the ideas box. In description games, for example, the children apply what they have learnt while others have to guess the object being described. Seven beautiful jewellery sheets are included as an extra. Finally, you'll find exercise sheets to accompany the exercises.
