The mere establishment of a liability claim hardly helps the injured party. Only with its practical enforcement does he receive a liquid compensation for his damage. Liechtenstein's liability law therefore provides various rights of action for the association person, the members, and the creditors in Articles 222 and 223 of the PGR. This dissertation examines both the foundations and the functioning of these rights of action, pointing out ambiguities, inconsistencies, and potential for improvement in the statutory regulation. Since Liechtenstein's liability law is modeled after Swiss CO drafts on one hand, and is also influenced by Austrian liability and insolvency law on the other, the author frequently refers to the doctrine and case law of the two neighboring countries.
