Who is the Hornet? "I love you all," shouts the celebrated rock star Brad Galloway to his 22,000 fans at the Berlin Waldbühne. Suddenly, a woman steps into the spotlight and hands him an envelope. The next evening, the lifeless Galloway, bled out and tied to the bed, is found in the police guesthouse. LKA investigator Tom Babylon and psychologist Sita Johanns are searching for the unknown woman. The trail leads thirty years back - to a treacherous child abduction codenamed "Hornet" - and to a woman caught between two men. Both were willing to kill. One is still seeking revenge today. And that could cost Tom Babylon everything he loves.
