Die guten Frauen von Christianssund

The tranquil little town of Christianssund, picturesquely situated on a fjord, has a small harbor, a chic villa district, an ugly pedestrian zone - and, most recently, a dead body. The cleaning lady at an advertising agency has been murdered. During the investigation, Inspector Flemming Torp immediately encounters difficulties: No one knows the last name of the woman who has been cleaning up after advertisers for years, as effectively as unnoticed. Torp reluctantly calls in his childhood friend, advertising executive Dan Sommerdahl, who stole Torp's girlfriend years ago and married her. After a burnout, Sommerdahl wanted to turn his back on his industry; now he's suddenly back in it. And while he and Torp hunt for the murderer, Sommerdahl discovers that his wife and the inspector still have a lot to talk about ...
