Die Gerechten von Kummerow

A small village, romantically situated in the middle of the quarry, where nature can still be experienced. With farmers, animals, pastor, cantor, village school and many happy children. Sounds like an idyll at the boring end of the world? Think so! Also in Kummerow fists fly, dramatic duels take place, love and especially jealousy lead to inner and outer entanglements, there is the fight for right faith and for justice, angry policemen, arsonists, hypocrites, thieves. But also those who have something to say against it. The adventures of Martin Grambauer and Johannes Bärensprung are told, two friends who not only remind us of Tom Sawyer and Huck Finn, but who are not inferior to the most famous boys in world literature in their deeds and (rare) misdeeds.
