Die geheime Macht der Gebete

We remember the healing power of prayers, especially the medicine of the Psalms. The second source of Christian healing is the intervention of the saints. They help always and everywhere there is human need. Finally, the holy angels assist us unconditionally in all the troubles of life. The only condition to benefit from Christian medicine is faith in God, in our immortal soul, and in the helping hands of our heavenly friends. Modern rationality casts doubt on this faith, viewing it as a false, outdated perspective, and replaces it with scientifically verifiable skills of specialized experts. What is overlooked in this process is the deprivation of our human nature: only the visible part of the old Christian person remains. But the invisible spirit, the immortal soul, and the living essence are still there.
