Product details

Mo Gawdat has been exploring the topic of happiness and what it entails for years. As a developer and leader at Google's think tank, Google[X], he approaches the problem analytically: he examines all verifiable facts and seeks the logic behind them. After countless hours, books, and interviews, he was able to formulate an equation for lasting happiness. Thirteen years later, the toughest test for Gawdat's happiness algorithm came when his son unexpectedly passed away at the age of 21. Yet, the equation proved effective and prevented him and his family from slipping into complete despair. After processing this loss as much as possible, Mo Gawdat found his mission: to spread the formula that helped him overcome his suffering. His formula now helps everyone to see more clearly, set the right priorities, and start their future with greater satisfaction.
