They specifically target stressed body areas, such as the back or neck. This book aims to inspire readers with illustrative images and videos, practical instructions, and a wide variety of exercises to add more activity and fun to their breaks. We want to empower people in various settings to establish "Active Breaks" in home offices, workplaces, universities, or schools to promote health there.
