For centuries, the immortal knights of the Round Table have watched over Britain. They fought at Agincourt, Waterloo, and in both World Wars. Once their work is done, they return to their graves. Only a few insiders, also immortals, are aware of this secret. When Sir Kay awakens this time, he can hardly recognize his country: sea levels have risen, half of the land has been sold to Chinese investors, and the army has been privatized. He can handle the dragon that has been resurrected through fracking. However, he cannot take on the centuries-old conspiracy that has driven the country to the brink – at least not alone.
