For many years, the German Dialog Marketing Association has made it its mission to promote the exchange between science and practice. The anthology "Dialog Marketing Perspectives" will be published in 2014/2015 for the ninth time and brings together current expert contributions and research projects on topics related to dialog marketing. It is based on the 9th scientific interdisciplinary congress for dialog marketing, which the DDV held at the University of Mainz in September 2014.
