Deutsches Strafverfahrensrecht

The textbook, founded by Volker Krey and continued by Manfred Heinrich, is a "systematic-inductive" description of criminal procedural law, i.e. it is systematically structured but largely based on cases and examples. As a thorough teaching presentation in a volume, it is now ideally suited for study and legal traineeship; however, it also serves the criminal procedural practitioner well in repetition and consolidation. The two-volume textbook in the 1st edition was combined into one volume in the 2nd edition.
