Deutsche Bomber im Ersten Weltkrieg
German, Jörg Mückler, 2017Only 1 item in stock at supplier
Product details
From 1917 large aircraft were built in Germany as strategic bombers. These were mostly four-engined biplanes with wingspans of about 50 m as early as 1918 - and that only a few years after the beginning of motor aviation. Some World War I bombers already had a dropping mechanism to release the bombs attached to the lower wing or fuselage. Jörg Mückler, a proven expert in the field, paints the picture of a fascinating chapter in German aviation history - illustrated with exciting and mostly unpublished pictorial material.
