Elli is just a normal girl. Or so she thought. But then it turns out that she possesses a special talent. Like her grandfather Leonardo, the owner of the city's most popular ice cream shop, she sees emotions as colored fog and has the ability to create magical ice cream. However, before Elli can become a master of ice magic, she must learn the craft from her grandfather. "Step by step, we will tackle this," he advises, but that's far too slow for Elli! Instead, she sneaks into Leonardo's secret ice cream lab and mixes up a wild, silly ice cream. But when she serves the ice cream to her classmates the next day, they go completely out of control. And this happens just before their nice teacher has to prove herself before the strict examination board. Elli has no choice: she must confess everything to her grandpa.
