Product details

Viktor E. Frankl (1905-1997), a Viennese neurologist and psychiatrist, is the founder of logotherapy. This book contains a collection of lectures from the years 1947 to 1980. Frankl, who posits the "will to meaning" alongside Adler's "will to power" and Freud's "will to pleasure," views spiritual conflicts as deficits of meaning. Unfulfilled or incorrectly fulfilled meaning leads to existential frustrations. A contribution by Elisabeth S. Lukas validating logotherapy completes the collection.
