The book is explicitly aimed at entrepreneurs, unlike most management books that target employed executives, as entrepreneurs face fundamentally different challenges: ranging from personal overload to business risks and economic issues within their company. Entrepreneurs must overcome a particular hurdle during the growth phase between five and 25 employees. Here, they have two options: either they grow with the company and succeed, or the company outgrows them and they fail.
