Children are curious and want to discover the world. Depending on their stage of development, each child has very different topics and materials that interest them and different play partners with whom they would like to play. To meet each child's needs - this is what open work makes possible, because it is individual and inclusive. Despite these advantages, many day care centres are hesitant to take the step into open work. Some team members express reservations and everyone involved has to rethink and give up habits.
