A woman begins to talk. Yet her lips are already quite chapped, so often has she been run over the mouth. But how does she escape this intimidation? By only opening her mouth to eat, kiss and marvel? On the other hand, doesn't silence give space to the very voice that forbids her to speak? Too often there has been silence, even back then when the whole house heard the neighbouring girls being beaten. Have people forgotten their own language because everyone has forgotten how to listen? Like the reporter who no longer listens when he reports on the war, he has such a firm grip on every despair.
