Product details

Sergio Bambaren, born in 1960 in Peru, achieved immediate international bestseller status with "The Dreaming Dolphin." He gave up his engineering career to fully dedicate himself to writing and his passion for the sea. After a long stay in Sydney, he now lives again in Lima, where he is involved with Dolphin Aid and serves as the vice president of the environmental organization Mundo Azul. His latest works in German include "The Little Starfish," "The Rose of Jericho," "The Blue Grotto," and "The Cove at the End of the World."

The young dolphin Daniel Alexander is a dreamer who firmly believes in the perfect wave. One day, he leaves the safe reef of his fellow dolphins and embarks on a self-determined search for the right life. This wonderful story about personal courage and overcoming fears is reminiscent of "Jonathan Livingston Seagull.".
