Sandra Hartman was born in Croatia in 1973. At the age of 16, she discovered her great interest in yoga and Eastern philosophy. After graduating from high school, she traveled through Europe for seven years to learn Ayurvedic cooking and meditation at various yoga centers. During this time, she worked as a head chef in several large kitchens, responsible for over 100 people. In 2000, she moved to Vienna, where she worked as a head chef in various establishments. From 2006 to 2007, she completed training as a nutrition and health consultant in Ayurveda at the European Academy of Ayurveda. Since 2008, she has been the managing director of "Rasayana," a company that offers cooking classes, nutritional consulting, and catering based on Ayurveda. Sandra Hartmann aims to introduce people to the secrets of Ayurvedic cuisine and demonstrate how diverse, delicious, and easy to prepare a lacto-vegetarian diet can be. This way, the needs for spiritual development and success in daily life can be equally satisfied.
