Product details

To gain insight into the self-perception of patients at the end of life, patients were asked to speak with students. It became evident that palliative care patients value the opportunity to engage in conversations with students. The results of these discussions were determined using the qualitative content analysis method developed by Philip Mayring. Relevant data were provided by the texts of semi-structured in-depth interviews, which were inductively coded through qualitative content analysis. The authors present the method, reflect on it, and finally observe its implementation.
