Der Lesewolf

"Who dares to disturb me in my sleep?" grumbles the wolf. It is a father sitting on a shady bench under the tree, reading to his daughter from a book. The wolf becomes curious, as the story is so exciting that he desperately wants to know the ending. But he is both unlucky and lucky at the same time, as the father leaves with his daughter before he has finished reading the story. Fortunately for the wolf, the book has fallen out of the father's pocket. Now the wolf just needs to find someone who can read to him from the book, as he unfortunately cannot read himself. He asks all the animals in the forest, but they are all afraid of him. All except for a small but brave rabbit, who reads to him and has an experience. This charmingly told and lovingly illustrated story is about courage and trust, about prejudices, and last but not least, about friendship.
