This work contains a collection of short lectures on labour law and is aimed at trainee lawyers shortly before the oral assessor examination.
In the first part of the script, the team of authors provides a brief, practice-orientated overview of the structure and presentation style of presentations on labour law as well as helpful introductory formulations for the individual parts of the presentation. The second part contains a compilation of selected case files with exam-relevant topics of varying degrees of difficulty. The very detailed, formulated solution proposal contains case-related comments on the presentation of the facts, on the procedural and substantive legal focal points of the presentation and on the tenor.
