Der faule Freund

So lazy is the sloth that it doesn't even join in when playing cards. The snake, parrot, and frog are having fun, while the sloth hangs asleep from a branch. We find ourselves in the tropical rainforest, high up in the treetops. The sloth is so incredibly lazy that it doesn't even move when the tree starts to tilt! Someone has been sawing at the trunk, and the snake, parrot, and frog barely manage to climb to the neighboring tree, but the sloth crashes to the ground and lands, along with the tropical wood, on the forest worker's transporter. And it continues to sleep. The friends are shocked, and the snake decides to rescue the sleeper.
