Product details

"The Experienceable Breath" is an introduction to the theory and practice of the breathing therapy and breath care methods developed by the author over decades of work. The book is aimed at therapeutic and educational professionals as well as laypeople who wish to gain a new approach to the breathing process for themselves. Allowing the breath to come and go, and waiting for it to return on its own, means perceiving and experiencing the laws of the unconscious breathing function. This leads to immediate, primal movement, a connection to human wholeness, and the opportunity to get to know and experience oneself.

In the breath, substance and quality gradually emerge, contributing to personal development. Through stretching, pressure point work, and vocal space formation, movements arise from the breath that encompass primal rhythmic processes and creativity. Between the will-driven breath and the unconscious breathing function, the Experienceable Breath emerges, making the union of body, soul, and spirit possible through gathering, feeling, and breathing. It leads us to an expanded consciousness and to self-experience.
