Der Eindringling

Daniel has just moved from the provinces to Berlin to study and to get closer to Fil, his father, who has been more of a rumor than a dad to him until now. But just at this moment, Fil falls seriously ill, and once again, the son is left alone with all the questions and the key to Fil's apartment. Reluctantly, Daniel enters his father's life sphere, exploring his friends, passions, ideals, as well as the depths and contradictions. Then he crosses paths with the mysterious Dem, and soon Daniel no longer knows what is true and what is right in his life. The search for his father turns into a quest for self-discovery, leading Daniel across Europe, from the Facebook present to the militant resistance of the 1980s, until he faces a decision he can no longer avoid.
