The subject of the work is a comprehensive analysis of Art. 15 GDPR. It critically examines all relevant decisions as well as the academic literature and does not lose sight of the practice - for the employment context, the unusable should not be proposed. It is precisely there that large amounts of data are processed, which sometimes triggers particular frictions. The employment context therefore supplements the data protection principles at selected points. With this approach, the work should make an important article on improving practical implementation, especially in the employment relationship, because a legally secure clarification of all questions is not yet in sight.
