Dr. Suker is one of the best eye surgeons in the world. During the day, he performs the most complicated surgeries on the human eye. At night, he dedicates himself to special patients: women whom he literally opens the eyes of. Because before he assaults them, he carefully removes their eyelids. So far, all victims have committed suicide shortly thereafter.
Due to a lack of witnesses and evidence, the police ask Alina Gregoriev for assistance. The blind physiotherapist, who has been considered a medium since the case of the Eye Collector, is to provide clues about Suker's next patient. Reluctantly, Alina agrees - and from that moment on, she is swept into a whirlpool of delusion and violence.
