What is actually happening during the processes of thinking, learning, and forgetting? Some things are learned quickly, while others are never fully grasped. What one just knew often disappears within seconds. Frederic Vester takes us on a journey through the human brain, presenting a completely new direction in brain research: the biology of learning processes. In a very clear and illustrative manner, he demonstrates that all efforts are in vain if one violates the biological laws while teaching and learning. The significance of Vester's findings is greater today than ever before.
