There are only a few seconds to midnight. The foundations of our planetary life system are in extreme danger: the purity of water and air, life in the oceans, the balance of the climate, the existence of forests, the diversity of ecosystems, and, at the core of it all, the solidarity and love among people. In this book, women and men from all over the world share their voices, who, despite everything, do not give up. They establish autonomous communities, create livelihoods for entire regions, fight against the destruction of forests and the construction of dams, work towards restoring natural cycles, green deserts, and make soils fertile again. They transform slums into ecological neighborhoods, realize new educational systems, refuse to think in terms of enemies, develop global peace strategies, and work on social solutions.
