Deeper Learning in der Lehrkräftebildung Deeper Learning in Teacher Education

The concept of Deeper Learning is designed to promote an in-depth process of cognitive processing of information in order to analyze, understand, and creatively tackle complex problems. This volume aims to capture the model of Deeper Learning from various interdisciplinary and international perspectives and to make it usable for teacher education. It includes theoretical foundations, empirical and research methodological insights, as well as implications for educational and subject-specific practice. The authors examine the facets of deeper learning processes and their mechanisms, logics, and impulses for school learning processes and the professionalization of teachers.
