The statutory procurement law of Switzerland is briefly formulated. Therefore, case law is all the more important. This book contains 494 reports on noteworthy considerations from procurement law court decisions from the years 2014 and 2015. For this, all decisions available on the internet from the federal government, the cantons, and the European Court of Justice were thoroughly researched. The reports are organized thematically, which not only facilitates finding answers but also allows for comparisons between the various existing practices. Numerous reports also include critical comments and further references. This work provides insights into old traditions and new trends in case law and supports both procurement practice and legal research in updating their knowledge.
