This book, which is intended as an article written by practitioners for practitioners, is designed to make it easier for young civil court judges, as well as trainee civil court judges, to get started in the civil division of the local court or in the single judge division of the civil chamber and to give them the necessary overview and confidence in dealing with the files right from the start.
