Das St. Galler Management-Modell

Management is becoming more demanding and controversial. In a complex and interconnected world, effective management relies on a variety of prerequisites. Understanding these foundations is becoming increasingly important. Only on this basis can one's own management practice be shaped in a way that allows organizational value creation to successfully evolve in conjunction with environmental dynamics. For manager communities, it is essential to carefully reflect on both the value creation they are responsible for and their own management practices. The traditional St. Gallen Management Model, now presented in its fourth generation, aims to contribute to this. It is an invitation to critically examine current management practices, develop alternative perspectives, and discover new avenues for organizational value creation and its further development.
