The Swiss Civil Code - explained in a single volume: The classic work on the Civil Code, first published by Peter Tuor in 1912, is now available in its 15th edition, edited by Professor Jörg Schmid and Professors Alexandra Jungo and Bettina Hürlimann-Kaup. Legislation, case law, and literature are up to date (as of March 1, 2023). Large parts of family and inheritance law have been revised. Significant updates have also been made to association and foundation law, data protection law, and land registry law. Furthermore, the book includes references to planned further revisions, particularly in family law. The "Tuor" continues to serve as a reliable guide for academia, practice, and study, functioning as both a textbook and a manual.
