Das neue Insolvenzrecht nach der ESUG-Reform

The law to facilitate the restructuring of companies – briefly: ESUG reform – is set to bring significant changes to insolvency law. The amended or newly introduced insolvency legal provisions are expected to come into effect in early 2012. A systematic introduction will first present the most important new regulations of the ESUG and highlight the consequences for insolvency law practice. In addition, the key points of the government draft will be printed with excerpts from the justification at the relevant points. The presentation will be rounded off with a comparison of the old and new regulations in the form of a synopsis.
