Das Leben ist zu kurz, um ungeduldig zu sein

"Wake up" is what I'm all about. For many years I have been observing life and how we humans move in it. In doing so, I notice how we often move in practised behavioural patterns and with protective mechanisms that have long since become superfluous. You could say that most of the time we sleep with our eyes open. I try to get to the bottom of these unconscious behaviour patterns in order to be able to participate in reality. If we would use only a fraction of the energy we need to maintain our facade to get to know our inner truth, the whole world would look different. In this sense I understand "awakening". Almost everywhere in my own ordinary life I see opportunities to do this. In this book I report on this in a humorous way with little episodes from my family, my work and my free time.
