Product details

Study paper from 2015 in the field of Didactics for the subject German - Literature, Works, Grade: 1.3, University of Bielefeld, Course: Literature Didactics, Language: German.

Abstract: After a brief summary of the content and the presentation of the most important key scenes, the narrative levels of the book will be examined. With regard to Carsten Gansel's two-level model, a distinction will be made between the discourse level and the story level for the analysis. This will be followed by a justification for the choice of the book: After applying important criteria from Petra Büker (2006) to the literary work to investigate the significance of the book for the learning group, its content-related and linguistic learning opportunities and goals will be presented. Building on this, a connection to the core curriculum for the subject of German will be established.

Subsequently, an exemplary planning of a teaching unit will follow: First, the structure of the unit and its thematic sequence will be explained, followed by the presentation of a tabular structure of a possible teaching unit. The central didactic-methodological decisions listed therein will be justified. In a concluding summary, it will be evaluated whether and to what extent Paul Maar's first reading book "Die Eisenbahn-Oma" is suitable for German lessons in primary school based on the preceding argumentation.
