The popular work on merger law, used in both practice and academia, has been thoroughly revised. It systematically presents every form of transaction, also from the perspectives of shareholders, creditors, and employees. Separate sections are dedicated to the use of merger law instruments in restructuring, international aspects, procedural legal remedies, accounting, and taxes. The case law and literature that have emerged since the previous edition, as well as administrative practices, have been comprehensively considered. The book has resulted from the ongoing work of the authors.
