Summary:
This workbook is aimed at students of German private law whose native language is not German or who are learning German as a foreign language. It optimally combines the technical language of law with the contents of the general parts of the BGB and the law of obligations.

In an introductory methodology section, the special structures of the German legal language, the handling of the norms of the BGB and the expert opinion style are introduced and practiced. This is followed by chapters on the central topics of the BGB AT and the law of obligations AT. The numerous exercises convey
