The farmers' wives are now also preserving. They bring summer into jars, whether for personal use or for sale in the farm shop: our farmers' wives. Their best preserving recipes are now available in the book. With the "Farmers' Wives Preserving Book," the success of the series, which has presented the best recipes from Austrian farmers' wives in recent years, continues and is, in a way, made durable. Preserving through canning and pickling is indeed one of the domains of agricultural businesses; it’s no surprise that more than enough recipes were found in the kitchens of local farms, making the selection from the submitted recipes quite challenging. The recipe range in the book starts with the classic favorites: strawberry, currant, cherry, and apricot jam. With a good dose of creativity, raspberry sparkling wine jam is also created from the fruits.
