Level B1 French learning without a book – this is what the motivating complete course for beginners and returnees offers. Whether in everyday life or at work, with this language course you will learn the basics of the French language. The audio CDs provide dialogues, explanations, exercises, and solutions. In the accompanying booklet, you will find learning tips and instructions for use. Additionally, the dialogues are printed with their German translations, along with the tracks, grammar explanations, and a detailed alphabetical vocabulary index in French-German and German-French. Each of the 10 situations is clearly structured: at the beginning, the learner is introduced to the respective situation. This is followed by the most important words and phrases from the dialogue, presented with relaxing music and their German translations. Next comes the dialogue, which increases in difficulty from situation to situation. It is first spoken in full, then in phrases with pauses for repetition. Explanations of grammar and language usage provide the necessary background knowledge. The exercise section includes reinforcement and listening comprehension exercises. Under the vocabulary section, we summarize the most important words and phrases of the situation. Starting from the German, the learner is encouraged to speak the French translation themselves. Each situation concludes with a transfer exercise: in a fictional dialogue, the learner has the opportunity to apply all the important phrases of the situation according to prompts from the moderator.
