Corona kontrovers II

In the context of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, extensive restrictions on fundamental rights in Germany led to a multitude of controversially conducted discussions about the proportionality of measures and responses from politics, society, and the media. The three consecutively arranged volumes provide insight into the central points of the debate and illuminate their thematic allocation in the tension between top-down and bottom-up crisis management. They also offer extensive teaching materials that enable students to further develop their own concepts of democracy. Volume 2 examines the objectives and approaches of governments during the crisis (focus: the German and Swedish approaches).
