Information about the series: Reading booklets for support lessons. Age-appropriate complete texts are often too extensive and too difficult for weaker readers. The series "Simply Read!" presents shortened and simplified youth books. Each chapter begins with a text-relieving illustration and concludes with tasks and exercises that ensure comprehension of the text. Both content-related and linguistic aspects are addressed. Fill-in-the-blank texts, picture and word puzzles, problem-oriented questions, drawing tasks, and other playful exercises support engaging reading instruction. An answer booklet is included with each one. To facilitate the selection of suitable reading material, the reading booklets are categorized into four levels according to reading age and performance: Beginner readers: grades 2 to 3, Advanced readers Level 1: grades 3 to 6, Level 2: grades.
