Music and cooking are the two great passions of René Maeder. He has already combined these in his cookbook "Cook & Roll." The first edition sold out in no time. The sequel is set to follow in 2023. René Maeder cooks for his artist friends, which include Angélique Beldner, Cornelia Bösch, Nina Burri, Philipp Cornu, Philipp Fankhauser, Jürg Hofer, Rebekka Maeder, Lilly Martin, Georges "Schöre" Müller, Sam Mumenthaler, Boris Pilleri, Livia Ann Richard, Bubi Rufener, Hannes Schmid, Schmidi Schmidhauser, Hank Shizzoe, and Toni Vescoli. Each of them provided a song that he translated into a culinary creation. The participants were thrilled when the dishes were served at René's home. Naturally, there was much to discuss among people who mostly knew each other only from the media. These dining events have been captured in photographs for the book. Additionally, there is a portrait of each participant along with their accolades. At the back of the book, you will find beautifully photographed recipes.
