Control difuso del proceso de cristalización continuo no-isotérmico

The book "Diffuse Control of the Non-Isothermal Continuous Crystallization Process" offers a comprehensive methodology for the development and implementation of fuzzy controllers in continuous crystallization systems. It begins with the creation of a mathematical model based on the balances of population, matter, and energy to analyze the stability of the system consisting of ammonium sulfate and water. The developed model enables the design of a control system based on fuzzy logic. The proposed control approach aims to regulate the average crystal size by adjusting the stirring speed and the temperature of the crystallizer by controlling the coolant flow rate. To verify the validity of the model and the effectiveness of the designed controllers, laboratory experiments were conducted. The results demonstrate the effectiveness of the developed control systems in both simulations and practical experiments, providing crucial insights for implementation in production facilities.
