This work deals with the question of how to maximise the economic efficiency of the creation of digital specialist models in a planning company. The focus is on achieving strategic goals such as establishing a scalable model creation process in terms of personnel and resources, optimising location factors by dividing the work process functionally and spatially according to the motto: "Design it here, Engineer it there, Make it anywhere" and increasing productivity by automating work steps in the model creation process.
