We all have fears!

Conni gets to travel with Grandma, Grandpa, and her cousin Michael. In a camper – how exciting! Conni is really looking forward to it, but at the same time, she feels a bit uneasy. What if she misses Mom and Dad and gets homesick? Everything in the camper is so different from what she's used to.

Fortunately, Conni gathers her courage and learns that we all sometimes feel afraid and that it can be good to overcome our fears. Because otherwise, we might miss out on something wonderful. Or to help others in need. Conni also understands that our fears serve as a good warning system that protects us, and that we don’t have to participate in every silly test of courage. Sometimes, saying no is also a sign of bravery!

The story addresses various triggers of fear without scaring the little listeners: In the end, it reassures them that fears accompany us all, protect us, and can be overcome with the right support. An educational picture book for all children aged 3 and up.
