Conflagration Conflagration

At dawn, farmer Schader from Eggensee in Franconia makes a gruesome discovery. At the edge of the forest, there is a burnt-out car and a corpse. The murder weapon is a bottle of alcohol. Since the case is frustrating in terms of clues, Anne Strauch and Leo Bachmann from the Ansbach police department have to do some legwork. In the process, they meet the victim's wife, who is always drunk, and her strange housemate in Fürth. They also meet farmers, regulars and work colleagues. And on the quirky forest dweller Horst, who wanders meditatively through the events. They don't have much time, because there is another fire, this time at the Bleichweiher, right in the heart of Neustadt an der Aisch.
