A mix-up with heart-warming consequencesSnowy weather, a weakening mobile phone battery and yet another night in a hotel - when Svea lands in Stockholm to spend the holidays with her great-aunt, the omens are anything but good. Only the sweet driver Kjell, who picks her up, is a small ray of hope. Why he tells her about a lack of staff, however, only becomes clear to her later, just like the fact that she probably got on the wrong shuttle.
